Congratulations Sydnie!
Sydnie has proven herself to be a selfless player who puts the team first. Never one to shy away from a challenge, her hard work made her a key player at three Club National Competitions and the Canada Summer Games. Despite the level of commitment required to attain these soccer achievements, Sydnie has been able to maintain excellent grades while working part-time. She has also volunteered for organizations like Newcomer Soccer and Multi-Sport Academy. To quote of her references for the scholarship, she is "a shining star, representing what is good and right."

Sydnie's exceptional talents have been recognized by Trinity Western University where she is awarded a partial scholarship. She will be continuing her soccer career while exploring academic interests.
